Welcome to Verdure Cleaning Co ("Verdure," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a clean or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Verdure Cleaning Co. If you're booking on behalf of a household or property you don't own, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to grant us access. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use our services.
Verdure provides residential cleaning services, including standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in / move-out cleans, throughout central Indiana. The specific scope of a clean depends on the package you book and the details you provide at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust scope, pricing, or availability at any time.
Bookings are made through our website, by phone, or by email. When you book, you'll provide us with the information we need to show up prepared: service address, square footage, number of rooms and bathrooms, pets, access instructions, and any special requests.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide. If the actual condition of the home is significantly different from what was described (for example, a much larger space, unusual clutter, or hazardous conditions), we may adjust the price or decline the job — we'll always tell you before we start.
Payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of service, depending on the method you choose. We accept payment through our third-party booking and payment provider. You authorize Verdure (or our provider on our behalf) to charge the payment method you supply for the full amount of the booked service, including any applicable taxes, tips, or adjustments.
Promotional codes (such as NEWCLEAN20) are valid for new customers only, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn at any time.
We understand that life happens. To keep things fair for everyone, we ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to change a booking:
We may also cancel or reschedule a booking if we're unable to complete it safely — for example, due to weather, illness, or unsafe conditions at the property. If we cancel, we'll refund any payment made for the affected appointment.
We take quality feedback seriously. If something wasn't done to your satisfaction, let us know within 24 hours of your clean. We'll review the concern in good faith, and at our discretion may offer a remedy such as a partial credit, a follow-up visit, or another resolution appropriate to the situation. Any remedy covers only the specific areas that were included in your booked scope of work. This policy is not a blanket re-clean guarantee.
You're responsible for providing safe and lawful access to your home at the scheduled time. This includes keys, door codes, garage codes, parking instructions, and information about pets, alarms, or other obstacles. Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before we arrive.
If we can't access the home at the agreed time, section 5 (cancellations) may apply.

Our team is trained to work carefully, and we're fully insured. In the unlikely event that we damage or break something during a clean, please notify us within 24 hours. We'll review the issue in good faith and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement, subject to the limits of our insurance and these Terms.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or items not disclosed to us.
Every cleaner is background-checked, trained on our standards, and either an employee or a vetted contractor of Verdure. You agree not to directly hire or solicit any member of our team for cleaning services outside of Verdure for a period of 12 months following their most recent clean at your home. If you'd like to keep working with a specific cleaner, just ask us — we'll do our best to accommodate.
You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully. You won't attempt to disrupt the site, reverse-engineer its code, scrape its content, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful material. We may restrict access to anyone who misuses the website or our services.
All content on this website — including text, images, the Verdure name and logo, and design — belongs to Verdure Cleaning Co or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Our services are provided with care and diligence, but we make no warranties beyond what's expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. The website is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will always be free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdure Cleaning Co's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited, such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any formal dispute, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved by talking them through.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use our services or website after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
